Our Executive Search practice naturally evolved from the company's foundation in
divestitures in that, when ownership changes hands the need for a change in management
often follows. Entry into Executive Search therefore represented a logical extension
of our existing client relationships. Our search clients are TSE listed public companies
and privately held businesses with annual revenues usually over $50 million.
Our search focus is on mid to senior marketing and sales management positions. In the last
several years, we have completed over twenty-five assignments in the following industries:

We bring a 'client side' perspective to all search assignments; over the course of his career,
Carson O'Neill, founder of the company, has built marketing and sales departments for Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver based
organizations. This experience, and vast network of industry contacts, represents the foundation of our
company's search practice. Since 1999, our search business has grown dramatically, primarily the
result of repeat business within our existing client base.
